We are SERVERS providing professional customer service and helping one another as a team player. We display this by caring and doing what we know is right. We value the reputation of the company and have integrity. It’s being diligent about finding the best product that fits a customer’s needs, providing an accurate estimate, giving an orientation to a product’s use and care, and following up after a week or so to make sure that it’s working as they expected, and then sending a heartfelt thank you. It’s communicating with our customer what time we expect to be at their home or if we’re running late that we will be late.
We are KNOWLEDGE-able and continually strive to solve our customers’ problems. We are leaders in learning about our industry and are experts in our field. In the off-season, we train in pool chemistry and brush up on our equipment repair knowledge. We become certified. We attend trade shows to see what is new in the industry and what trends are happening. We share our knowledge with our team.
We are mindful and pay ATTENTION TO DETAIL. We do the little things right doing more than the customer is expecting even when they are not watching. The synergy created by all the little details we do creates a “wow” experience for our customers. It’s cleaning out a vehicle, wiping down a spa cover during a quarterly, and putting away unused materials at the end of a long day.
