We’re sorry, but during the pandemic, we don’t always have what you want in stock. It’s been extremely frustrating for us and our customers! Most of the world has experienced significant shutdowns in operations over the past year due to the COVID pandemic. Manufacturing facilities have been shut down, parts haven’t been produced, and transportation has been disrupted.
This has caused many products and parts to be unavailable across the industry nationwide. And the crazy part is that while manufactures are unable to produce, people are buying hot tubs and pools more than ever! Everyone wants a backyard getaway to enjoy when they can’t get out of the house.
Unfortunately, it’s totally out of our control. We’re doing our best to buy well in advance of our customers’ needs and to try to anticipate what their needs may be. But manufacturers can only send us what they have in stock.
