Tom and the people worked with us to get a wood stove installed before winter. My wife and I started to get things going in September 2018. With the failure of two contractors the livingroom was finally ready in December. Tom had the stove ordered and ready well before the house was ready. He gave a date, but he was able to move it up. The two men came out and got straight to work. I have a construction background and was impressed with multiple measurements for everything they did. There were adjustments because of the construction but it came out looking great. They took care not to dirty the carpet or scrape the fresh laid tiles. They ran a vacuume with a HEPA filter when they cut the sheetrock. They gave tips on taking care of and using the stove and directed us to a website for more great information. I tried to order from the company that the owners had bought the stove from but they had been sold to another company.
